The client didn't like the old style fire that provided the heat for the house.

When the customer bought this house, it had an old style open fire with small back boiler as the main source of heating. They wanted something a bit more traditional. The access to the property was awkward and the skip was parked a good distance away so debris removal was handled by our trusty mini dumper. 

The fireplace once opened revealed fantastic stone head and mullions that were dressed up, and the stone work was given a light needle, and repointed. The finished opening is something of a feature to the room now.
