The client has a few holiday cottages on their site, but wanted this one to have something special!

This project was an extensive one. Some extremely large steel work went into this one. To make this cottage extra special the idea of a large swim spa was put forward. This came with different issues that had to be overcome. Together with the client we managed a spectacular holiday cottage that was given a 5* gold award, a rare award that it has held onto for four consecutive years.

 With this project it was again back to bare walls, and designed for the perfect layout. Features such as the swim spa, wetrooms, and hidden blinds within the ceiling add to this properties amazing qualities. The building is now insulated better than building regulations require, features oak floors and one thing money can't buy an amazing view.
