A small cottage extended to make a lovely country retreat

This cottage had a great dormer extension added to the rear providing space into the upper rooms. Finished in local red sandstone. The client had also wanted some architectural salvage he had fitted into the stairwell. Downstairs the floors were finished with electric underfloor heating and marble tiles. The whole property is powered by electric heating as it is a holiday cottage and the owners thought this would be the best option for their needs.
