The client wanted to make the most of their view, by removing the bay windows and opening up the dining area, we achieved this great space.

The first issue we came across was that the bricks the property had been built from had been discontinued, so we found a brick with a pattern as close as possible to match. Once the project was complete the 'Brick Doctor' came in and coloured the bricks and mortar to a near perfect match. 

The customer wanted the additional space as well as a small utility room. We had to ensure the floor levels were precise as karndean was being joined to the existing floor. This job needed some large steelwork to create the opening required. This project has provided the customer with exactly what they wanted, and gives them a great sense of bringing the outside, in!
